I know. I know. I’ve been “missing.” Plus, that last post of mine was long and (mostly) fell on deaf ears. That’s okay. Professional Triathlete Michelle Lindsay helped me get my survey out and the folks within the Virginia Tech TRIClub swam, biked, and ran back some excellent answers. The paper was a phenomenal success (resulting in an “A”); it got me thinking about doing some more research within the triathlon community in the hopes of writing a scholarly (publishable) paper.
