  • 12 Minutes - Interval 1: 5% grade; 10 minutes at 5.5 mph; 2 minute at 4.5 mph.

  • 12 Minutes - Interval 2: 5% grade; 10 minutes at 5.0 mph; 2 minute at 4.0 mph.

  • 8 Minutes - Cooldown! 0% grade; 8 minutes at <5.0 mph;

  • Happy ending heart rate of 143bpm!

Overall

Tougher than Tuesday's workout, but only because I'm tired and sore and have had a lot going on this week. Pleased with the hill challenge, though!
