The Swim



  • 6 x 100 yards - freestyle easy.

  • 100 yards - kickboard.

  • 4 x 100 yards - 100 breakstroke, 100 backstroke.

  • 100 yards - kickboard.

  • 4 x 100 yards - 25 freestyle left, 25 freestyle right, 50 freestyle easy.

  • 100 yards - freestyle easy.

  • 100 yards - kickboard.

  • 500 yards - freestyle easy.


Overall


Hooray! No sprints today. In fact, today was a really easy swim day. Despite that, it still kicked my butt. I was so tired, and my back ached by the end. I took a two hour nap today because of it! At least I know I'm getting much better as I'm able to do more and more of the longer distances without having to stop and take 10 second rests. I'm encouraged!
